Yes, we can produce wire mesh to custom specifications including non-standard mesh counts, wire diameters, widths, and lengths. Minimum order quantities apply for custom specifications.

For standard specifications, MOQ is 1 roll (typically 30m²). For custom specifications, MOQ varies based on complexity — usually 50-100m².

Standard products: 7-15 days. Custom specifications: 15-30 days depending on complexity. Rush orders available for an additional fee.

We accept T/T (bank transfer), L/C (letter of credit), Western Union, and PayPal for small orders. Standard terms: 30% deposit, 70% before shipment.

Plain weave: each wire passes alternately over and under. Most common and economical. Twill weave: each wire passes over two and under two. Allows heavier wire with finer mesh, and is more stable for larger mesh sizes.

Use our Mesh Size Chart or the formula: Opening (μm) = (25,400 / mesh count) - wire diameter (μm). Note that actual values depend on the specific wire diameter.

Standard packaging: waterproof paper inside → plastic film → hessian cloth → wooden case or pallet. Custom packaging available for special requirements.
